Our Story

BJ Beauty Supply Corporation operates two full-scale retail beauty supply stores in Baltimore and Odenton, Maryland.

The entity is owned by Byung J. Soh (BJ) who has successfully managed the business for over 27 years.

After moving to America in 1987 in pursuit of the American Dream, BJ quickly learned the inner workings of running a beauty supply store and saved up to purchase his first store on Park Heights Ave in 1991.

Tragically, the store went up in flames in an accidental fire in 1992  and all seemed lost. But with the support of his church, family, and community, BJ was able to have a fresh start and a new store in the Frankford Gardens Shopping Center by April,1993. The tiny 1,300 sf store known as Tiffany Beauty Supply soon grew and expanded to its current anchor location at 5432 Sinclair Lane.

In March, 2021, the Soh family opened BJ Beauty in Odenton to continue BJ's legacy of providing quality beauty products and customer service for all.
